Claus Boberg is the Chief Financial Officer at Diction. Claus has been involved with the company from the very beginning of Diction in 2011 and helped establish both the Danish and international departments. He uses his expertise in accounting to operate Diction’s general accounts, bookkeeping, payments to suppliers and invoicing customers. It is his responsibility to ensure stable operations, fair reporting and streamline accounting workflows. Claus has international experience with accounting from both the public and private sectors.

Malthe Hybschmann Nielsen, Master's student in Finance & Accounting

Malthe Hybschmann Nielsen is Dicton’s Accounting Assistant and is currently getting his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting at Copenhagen Business School. As an accounting assistant, Malthe has gained expertise in managing Diction’s financial accounts. He summarizes, analyses and reports on Diction’s transactions, as well as sends invoices for services to the customers.

Richard Sæther Thorsen is Diction’s Project Manager for the Norwegian market. Born and raised in Norway, Richard graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Export Marketing from the University of Nordland. After having worked as a Marketing Coordinator and building his own cosmetic company for the past few years, he made a career change to the translation industry. As a project manager, Richard is responsible for planning, organizing and managing a range of projects for the Norwegian market. His extended experience within marketing, communication and sales, in addition to his expert management skills hones whilst building his own company, has all provided Richard with the qualities to enable Diction’s Norwegian clientele with their translation requirements.

Alma Plank

Alma Plank is Diction’s Project Coordinator for the Swedish market. Originally from Sweden, Alma moved to Denmark for her studies and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business administration and service management. In her professional career Alma has previously worked as an Administrator and Financial Assistant where she developed several skills in organizational and analytical skills that she is leveraging in her role as Project Coordinator. Her role is to assist the Swedish Project Manager with managing projects pertaining to the Swedish translation market, where she organizes and executes various projects from start to finish.

Leila Kuusiniemi

Leila Kussiniemi is the Project Coordinator for the Finnish market at Diction and Auktor, Diction’s Finish subsidiary.
