About Diction
Diction is a Nordic language services provider specialising in translation, interpreting, proofreading, and other language-related services. Established in 2010, Diction has grown from a small translation agency into an international language partner serving clients across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, and beyond.
Today, Diction works with a large network of more than 2,000 freelance translators, interpreters, proofreaders, copywriters, and other language professionals, enabling us to provide high-quality language solutions across a wide range of languages, fields, and areas of expertise.
We work with both public and private-sector clients, ranging from smaller businesses and organisations to large international companies and public authorities. Our experience spans a broad range of industries, including legal, financial, medical, technical, marketing, and public-sector communication.

Martin Boberg
Martin Boberg is 35 years old and established Diction when he was a student at Copenhagen Business School at the age of just 20. He started the company with a start-up capital of only DKK 3000 and had a turnover of DKK 71,000 after the first year. Diction now operates in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. Martin is from Frederiksberg, and he has an MSc. in Business, Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School. Before dedicating all his time to Diction, he worked with telemarketing in Spain and Switzerland, and later street trading in Denmark for Berlingske Media. Furthermore, he has worked for the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in both Copenhagen and in New York, when he was an intern at the Consulate General of Denmark for half a year.
